Impossible List

by Syed Zubyl N

This list is not just a bucket list. It’s a living record of the ambitious but realistic engineering and personal goals I am actively working towards. It reminds me to build consistency and keep pushing my limits.

Engineering Goals

  • Build a production-ready metal scrap platform (Status: Idea / Planning) - Transition from prototype to a production-level application.
  • Build a game engine (Status: Future) - Learn rendering, input, physics, asset management, and scene systems to eventually produce a working engine.
  • Become highly proficient in Java & Spring Boot - Master OOP, Streams, concurrency, REST, JPA, and Spring core.
  • Improve LeetCode problem solving - Current Focus: DSA / Algorithms.

Career & Professional

  • Consistently release two applications per month on Google Play.
  • Architect and deploy a large-scale backend system handling real user traffic.
  • Contribute meaningful PRs to major open-source Java or Flutter projects.

Personal & Outside Code

  • Improve Running - Build consistency, improve endurance, and gradually improve running performance.
  • Run a half-marathon.
  • Complete 100 days of consistent drawing practice.
  • Build a home server lab for self-hosting and experiments.
